Oggi, per la nostra rubrica "Diamo voce al territorio", ci spostiamo a Minervino di Lecce per scoprire una piccola gemma che ha da poco cambiato gestione, ma che affonda le sue radici nella più pura tradizione salentina: la Puteca du Mieru di Giovanni Baldassarre.
